Welcome to WavyTalk Lebanon Store. The terms โweโ, โusโ and โourโ refer to WavyTalk Lebanon Store. This Return and Refund Policy (the โPolicyโ) applies to all purchases made through our store and website.
Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase, as it outlines your rights and obligations regarding product returns, exchanges, and refunds.
By placing an order with WavyTalk Lebanon Store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy, which forms part of our Terms of Service.

SECTION 1 โ ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.
To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or not functioning properly.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and with proof of purchase.

The product must be unused and unopened, except in cases where the item is defective upon arrival.
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used, opened, or tested hair styling tools. This includes cases where the customer did not find the product suitable for their personal preference after use.

SECTION 2 โ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For sanitary and regulatory reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used hair styling tools and beauty devices.

Accessories showing signs of use.

Items purchased during promotions or clearance sales.

Gift cards or digital products.
SECTION 3 โ DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order at contact@wavytalk-lb.com.
You will be asked to provide your order number and visual proof (such as photos or a short video) of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Our delivery partner will either:

deliver a new replacement item in exchange for the defective one, or
-
issue a cash refund at the place of pickup if the client wishes so
SECTION 4 โ REFUNDS
All refunds are processed in cash, as Cash on Delivery (COD) is the only accepted payment method.
Refunds are provided only after the defective product has been inspected and collected by our delivery team.
Once the return is approved, the delivery driver will remit the cash refund directly to the customer during the collection or replacement visit.
We do not provide refunds to bank accounts, credit cards, or digital payment methods.
SECTION 5 โ RETURN PROCEDURE
To initiate a return or refund request:

Contact our support team at contact@wavytalk-lb.com within the applicable time period.

Provide your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos.

Upon confirmation, we will schedule a pickup or exchange through our delivery service.

The driver will either deliver the replacement item or process the cash refund directly, as applicable.
If the returned item is found not to be defective after inspection, WavyTalk Lebanon Store reserves the right to decline a refund or exchange.
SECTION 6 โ LIMITATIONS
WavyTalk Lebanon Store reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in the following cases:

The product shows signs of misuse or intentional damage.

The issue results from improper handling, neglect, or failure to follow usage instructions.

The product is returned without prior approval from our support team.

SECTION 8 โ GOVERNING LAW
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Beirut, Lebanon.
