Welcome to WavyTalk Lebanon Store. The terms โ€œweโ€, โ€œusโ€ and โ€œourโ€ refer to WavyTalk Lebanon Store. This Shipping Policy (the โ€œPolicyโ€) governs the shipping and delivery of all products purchased through our store and website.
By placing an order with WavyTalk Lebanon Store, you agree to the terms set forth below, which form part of our Terms of Service.


SECTION 1 โ€“ SHIPPING COVERAGE

We currently offer nationwide delivery across Lebanon through our trusted local delivery partners.
Delivery services are available to most regions and cities. Certain remote areas may experience extended delivery times depending on local courier accessibility.


SECTION 2 โ€“ DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from confirmation.
Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • Beirut and surrounding areas: within 1ย to 4 business days.

  • Other regions in Lebanon: within 3 to 6 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. External factors such as courier availability, traffic conditions, weather, or national holidays may cause additional delays. WavyTalk Lebanon Store is not liable for such delays once an order has been handed over to the delivery carrier.


SECTION 3 โ€“ SHIPPING FEES

WavyTalk Lebanon Store is pleased to offer free delivery on all orders across Lebanon.
There are no shipping or delivery charges applied to customers, regardless of order value or location.


SECTION 4 โ€“ CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

All orders are fulfilled using a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method.
Payment must be made in full to the delivery driver at the time of delivery.
The driver will issue a payment receipt confirming the completion of your transaction.


SECTION 5 โ€“ FAILED OR REFUSED DELIVERIES

If a customer refuses or fails to accept delivery without valid reason, the order will be marked as undeliverable.
Repeated delivery refusals or inaccurate shipping details may result in suspension of future order privileges.
Should a redelivery be required, WavyTalk Lebanon Store reserves the right to determine whether a second delivery attempt can be arranged.


SECTION 6 โ€“ ORDER INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY

Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon receipt before completing payment.
If an item appears damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify the delivery driver immediately and contact our support team at contact@wavytalk-lb.com within 48 hours of delivery.
All verified issues will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


SECTION 7 โ€“ OWNERSHIP AND RISK OF LOSS

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon successful delivery of the order to the shipping address provided.
WavyTalk Lebanon Store is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery has been confirmed.
